Many find that their dream to work from home can be their own worst enemy, you find yourself jumping from one opportunity to another searching for the One key, the one Hidden Secret, the one answer, to become instantly successful online, you become involved in many different things, yet are still unable to dominate even one of them.
.

Stop It!………………….

.

Organisation is the key

How to Organise your time and tasks.

Set your goals be realistic don’t set them too high!! Or you will be setting yourself up for failure, achieve your first goal, then set it higher….. Plan your goals Sensibly!

.

Don’t stretch yourself too thin, as in don’t try to do too many things all at once.
Work to a timer!!! This may sound stupid but believe me it works.

Prioritise your tasks

.
In the beginning work on just one task per day, achieve your goal reward yourself and move on, do two tasks the following day….Reward yourself…Keep it UP Stay Motivated.

.
This may sound repetitive but You need to Reward yourself….this drives motivation your productivity will increase as you become satisfied in what you have achieved.

.
Keep on top of your tasks by breaking them into smaller tasks.

.
Set a time table and STICK TO IT!

.
Don’t sit at your desk day in and day out looking for the next best thing.

.
Don’t let yourself slip into the busy fool category.

.
Get organised and Be Productive!!

.

Steps to Getting organised in your online business..

.
First decide exactly how many hours you will spend working on your business.

Make a list of all the tasks that you need to complete to get your business running steadily

Eg…
Blogs
Video
Articles
Advertising
Each of the above tasks can be split into smaller tasks to enable you to complete a full task without suffering with information overloaded.

.
First we need to set the tasks in order of priority

.
If your blog needs attention as in new content then this would fit into the priority “one” category.

Go through your list and allocate each of your tasks a priority from 0 – 3

Zero being something that you would like to do but it isn’t important in your business.

Once you have completed prioritising your list we will work with the tasks in the number 1 priority category as these are the tasks that you considered most important.

Re order your list so that all the number one tasks are at the top, number 2 tasks next, then the number 3 tasks, then lastly the tasks you labelled with a 0.

Prioritising your tasks will help you to see what is most important, what needs immediate attention and what can wait.

Work on the tasks with the number one priority first, if each of the tasks can be split into smaller chunks work with that.

Eg:-
1a)Blogs
1b) Keyword research
1c) Article
1d) An affiliate product to promote
1e) Plug ins

Above you will see an example of a main task…..Blogs……………….do you see how it can be broken down into smaller tasks, at each stage the smaller task can be completed, then you can move onto the next part of the task, after completing each smaller section of the main task you will have achieved your first goal, check off the completed tasks and at the end of the day you will feel satisfaction. Feeling success in what you have accomplished will keep you motivated.

Stay Focused
Work on what needs to be done first
Work SMART NOT HARD
Stay organised and stay on track
Don’t get distracted………………
Stick to your To Do List

read emails etc once you have completed your daily tasks.
Satisfaction will play a huge part in the way you feel about what you are working on.
