Greetings Tara, Still hopping oil rigs here - it all takes time, eh? Re Google page ranking. I had the No.1 spot in Google for a few days for the search of "Alex Jeffreys Video Competition" because I have been heavily promoting it on my blog. I have 3 dedicated pages containing ALL the students' entries, so they could be viewed in one place. After a while my ranking dropped back to page 2. I made another post to my blog and up I went again to No. 1 so I realized that the secret is to keep posting stuff to stay no. 1. Today I was No. 2. So it goes to show that one has to keep working on it daily! If anyone knows any other secrets to this, we'd love to hear from you.
I was also wondering if your recently added video is your entry into the Alex Jeffreys Video Competition? It's a great concept & rather touching, too. If it is your entry you might consider adding a few things to qualify: adding alex's website marketingwithyou dotcom to your video and also putting it up on your blog. What a great Christmas gift you were given! If you make the changes I'll feature your video in the showcase on my blog. Also I'll add your blog to my blogroll. Can you do the same for me please. Ta. Cheers, Gaielle
